- At the time of delivery: If you find any issue, you can return the product immediately to the delivery person, and we will initiate a refund or replacement.
- After delivery (within 1/2 hours): If you notice any quality issues after the delivery, please contact our customer support within 1/2 hours of receiving your order. Provide clear photos or videos of the defective item.
- Refund method:
- Refunds will be processed as a wallet balance on SabjiWalla.com for future purchases.
- If you prefer a direct refund, it will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Replacement option: If you prefer, we can replace the product in your next order.
3. Items Not Eligible for Returns & Refunds
- Products that were accepted and used after delivery.
- Minor variations in size, shape, or color of vegetables and fruits, as these are natural agricultural products.
- Delays in delivery due to uncontrollable circumstances like weather, strikes, or traffic.
